I am now in my 50s and live on my own in Porthtowan Cornwall. I have no family, apart from cousins in Australia, and have been on my own for 16 years, so I do have years of experience of being alone!
Working with tablets and computers for more than 30 years now, I have developed knowledge that I am able to pass on to people who want to use their tablets and computers in their day-to-day lives. There are a lot of people who have been given a tablet or computer by a family member who is upgrading their own tablet or computer. Having used all the computer systems as they were in fashion, I am now used to working with many different systems.
Being a Registered Nurse, I am able to work with mature and disabled people and can work at their pace, and repeat sessions as often as the customers need! I have accumulated a lot of life experience working in offices, shops and hospitals. I am friendly, approachable, and willing to hear what you would like me to do for you. Call me today and we’ll have a chat about your needs, and how I can help you.
I have been taking photos for the last 40 years, living through the evolution of cameras and software. I constantly keep up-to-date and work on improving the quality of my work, which is also my biggest passion. If you would like to see some of my photos, click on this link.
After moving to Cornwall in 2000, I engaged in a number of initiatives, becoming an active member of the Cornish community and developing a significant local knowledge. About ten years ago, I joined a walking group. This means I walk every week in a different part of Cornwall. As I always have a camera with me, I am able to convey the beauty of Cornwall all through the year. My photographic library now has thousands of digital photos, taken from Land’s End to Launceston and from the North to the South coast. I can teach people how to improve their photos and give them a new hobby.
